Cloth binding. 7 x 9-1/2 inch. Original Third Reich 144 pages book with a preface by Hermann Göring and with 92 original photographs. It was published by order of the Oberbefehlshaber der Luftwaffe (Head of the Luftwaffe) by Verlag Breitkopf and Haertel in Leipzig. The yearbook series was started in 1937, each book contains a detailed and heavily illustrated report on new aircraft, ground personnel, strategies, war photographs (in the 1939 and onward editions) and much more! The same kind of year books were also published for the Heer (Infantry/Panzer) and for the Kriegsmarine (RKM or Nazi Navy). In very good condition with minor signs of wear.
