Yearbook of the German Luftwaffe 1938, Verlag von Breitkopf & Härtel, Leipzig 1938

Original Third Reich 186 pages book with a preface by the Reich Minister of Aviation and Commander-in-Chief of the Luftwaffe Generaloberst Göring, many illustrations and plates, cloth binding, size 7 x 9-1/2 inch. It was published by order of the Oberbefehlshaber der Luftwaffe (Head of the Luftwaffe) by Verlag Breitkopf and Haertel in Leipzig. The yearbook series was started in 1937, each book contains a detailed and heavily illustrated report on new aircraft, ground personnel, strategies, war photographs (in the 1939 and onward editions) and much more. The same kind of year books were also published for the Heer (Infantry/Panzer) and for the Kriegsmarine (RKM or Nazi Navy).
